1. After you receive notification (via email, phone, or text) that your holds are ready for pickup, click here to schedule a pickup appointment. Email, text or phone notifications will contain a link to the reservation page. You may change your notification method by logging into your COSMOS account.
2. You will be asked for your library card number(s) when you schedule your pickup, as well as some other details. You can schedule a pickup time from the next day to 20 days in the future. In order for staff to have time to package your hold items, there are no same day reservations.
3. Once you complete the reservation form you will receive a confirmation of your appointment with the day and time you selected as well as your assigned designated parking space.
4. On the morning of your appointment library staff will check your items out to the card number(s) you provided on your reservation form and they will be labeled with your name, appointment time, and designated parking spot or table location letter.
