Come to the library to get your very first card and stay to enjoy the library and choose materials to take home with you. A story time will be presented at 6:30. At this month's meeting, we are going to learn how to prepare a bento, also known as a Japanese lunch box. Bento boxes are generally filled with rice, fish or meat, and vegetables. If you have a bento, bring it to the meeting and share it with the others. Click here to register.

Rather than having your traditional Halloween party, the Anime Club is presenting a Cosplay party. Cosplay is short for costume role play. Fans will dress up as their favorite character from an anime, manga, or comic book. There will be food and prizes for best costume! Click here to register.

Medley, a freelance journalist for the Washington Post, leads a group in expressing their life journeys through the art of writing, critiques, and rich conversations.
