CCPL News : Poetry Reading/Book Signing at P.D. Brown Branch

P.D. Brown Memorial Library in Waldorf: James Ellis III will be reading
poetry from and signing copies of his book, OnThaGrindCuzin: The School Daze of Being 'Incognegro' in 1619. Ellis, who earned a bachelor's degree in African American Studies from the University of Maryland is a freelance
writer and youth educator/mentor. Ellis is also a '97 graduate of Westlake
High School in Waldorf, Maryland. Come out for a wonderful and exciting
evening of spoken word poetry at its best!
