CCPL News: Important Computer Service Upgrades

Self-service sign up for library computers is coming in October 2005! How does this effect you?
First, you will no longer need to show a photo ID when using our computers. All computers will be accessible by all patrons. Popular email sites like Yahoo and Hotmail will no longer be blocked.
This software is designed to:

• Ensure fair and equitable access to computers.
• Provide added patron privacy
• Provide information on screen about the number of pages to be printed and the cost before you send it to the printer.
• Allow for color printing
