Difficulty Accessing "My Account"
Recent updates by one of our software providers have caused some users to experience difficulty accessing their library account information through the "My Account" page. This is mostly a problem in the Internet Explorer 8 browser, although some users have also had the problem in other browsers. This link will determine which browser you are currently using and has download links if you'd like to try a new browser.
If you are having difficulty accessing My Account:
- Try refreshing your page
- From our homepage (www.ccplonline.org), scroll down and click on the COSMOS icon found on the bottom left of the page. This will take you to the main COSMOS screen. Then click My Account in the top right corner. This may force a refresh of the page data.
- Clear the cache in your browser. Browsers cache data on your computer to speed up page loading and performance. Sometimes after software upgrades that cached data is no longer accurate and needs to be cleared so that the new data can be pulled and used.
- If possible, try another browser, like Firefox or Chrome.
