Greetings to our customers using our meeting rooms at La Plata and Potomac Branches. Beginning on June 1, 2006, customers will have the ability to view the meeting room calendar online and to request reservations online. There is now a link on our library website (www.ccplonline.org) to access this new program.

For existing groups that have already signed up for meeting room space in 2006, library staff have entered in all of your reservations on the online calendar. Beginning on November 1, 2006, you will be able to make reservations for the full calendar year of 2007. It is important to note that to reserve meeting rooms in 2007, the organization contact person or leader must go online and enter in their group reservations. Library staff will be happy to assist you and to answer any questions.

For new, non-profit groups, you may sign up online to reserve meeting room space beginning June 1, 2006.
